On november 24th 2024, 10 incredible kids from an orphan center for children from underprivileged families had the opportunity to join the biggest kidsâ competition, the âDarko Team Baby Cup 6,â organized by the amazing Darko Athletics Team. đ
These young athletes, full of excitement and determination, competed in 50m or 60m sprints, depending on their age. For many, it was their very first experience on the track, surrounded by the electrifying energy of over 3,000 spectators cheering them on. đâš
Beyond the races, these children embraced the spirit of inclusion and community, feeling the joy of being part of something bigger and the pride of standing tall among their peers. đââïžđââïž
This heartwarming initiative is part of an Erasmus+ sport project, co-funded by the European Union, showing once again how sport can break barriers and create opportunities for all. đđȘ
